• ESN Cleanings Service – We guarantee any ESN that meets our criteria can be cleaned in 2-3 business days or your money back!  Criteria Include:
  • Your phone is a Sprint Verizon phone ONLY!
  • Your phone is NOT attached to an ACTIVE ACCOUNT or SUSPENDED DUE TO NON-PAYMENT in any way!
  • Unlock Service – We guarantee that your phone unlock code will unlock your phone or your money back!
• IMEI Checking Service - We guarantee our accuracy or your money back!
• MSL Codes - We guarantee our accuracy or your money back!

SquawkTalk Wireless is not responsible for services guarantees if the service has been tampered with, for instance:

• ESN Checking Service – If you or anyone representing you gives us inaccurate information or has the status of the ESN changed as a direct result of your actions during the 2-3 business day guarantee time frame.
• ESN Cleanings Service - If you or anyone representing you gives us inaccurate information or has the status of the ESN changed as a direct result of your actions during the 2-3 business day guarantee time frame.
• Blackberry Unlocking Service – If you or anyone representing you gives inaccurate information or incorrectly enters the Unlock Code.

10. Phones Purchased

SquawkTalk Wireless offers a full, 30 day money-back warranty on all used phones for the following reasons:

1. The phone is not as described in the listing details. However, SquawkTalk Wireless DOES reserves the right to correct the problem if possible, in lieu of a refund
2. A used phone stops working of it’s own accord in 30 days or less from the date of purchase.
3. Issues that result from things such as Jail-breaking, Unlocking, Rooting, Repairs or Replacements, or any other customer attempted modifications ARE NOT covered under our 30 day warranty.
4. New phones ARE NOT covered for warranty related issues. Please contact the phone manufacturer for warranty issues.
